消息：美国Crissic商家已被QuadraNet收购

相对于国内的商家跑路，个人感觉国外的收购不跑路确实好很多。毕竟这样子不影响之前已经购买的用户权益。因为被收购，所以之前crissic的相关套餐目前停止购买中。

Crissic是2013年成立的一家国外VPS服务商，提供的产品包括KVM和OpenVZ架构VPS，数据中心最初在杰克逊维尔，后来又扩展至洛杉矶。由于低廉的价格吸引了大量的用户，也有不少中国客户，在LET的读者投票中也经常排名靠前，不过目前该主机商已由QuadraNet收购,这一则消息的官方原文如下：

可惜了，之前这家好多便宜的套餐卖的挺火的，这下子到期了，不知道还能不能续，要看新东家的意思了。最好是可以发个ＴＫ咨询下。

QuadraNet是国外老牌IDC，自建机房，我们常说的洛杉矶PR就是他，今年不仅租机器机柜，也自己卖VPS了，自己的机房有问题自己处理起来速度应该不错。QuadraNet提供的VPS基于KVM架构，有亚洲优化线路。

好像商家用的就是转售他们家机房的机子，官网的价格还是蛮高的，不过最近也有便宜的趋势。
